When you apply to Zavari, we process the information you provide to assess your application and manage the recruitment process. This may include your name, email address, location, CV, portfolio, LinkedIn or GitHub profile, employment and education history, answers to application questions, interview notes and other information you choose to provide.

We use this information only for recruitment and related administration. Access is limited to people involved in the relevant hiring process and authorised service providers required to operate the recruitment system.

If your application is rejected, withdrawn or otherwise closed without employment, Zavari will delete your recruitment data 28 calendar days after the recruitment process is closed.

An open application that does not progress into an active recruitment process will remain under consideration for a maximum of 90 calendar days. If no active process exists after those 90 days, the application will be closed and deleted 28 calendar days later.

Zavari does not keep unsuccessful applicants in a long-term talent pool by default. If you would like to be considered again in the future, we invite you to submit a new application with up-to-date information.

If you join Zavari, only information required for onboarding or the employment relationship may be transferred to the appropriate employee records. Recruitment-only data will be deleted 28 calendar days after your employment start date, unless a legal obligation requires specific information to be retained longer.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your recruitment data by contacting careers@zavari.com.

Please do not provide health information, medical information or other sensitive personal information unless Zavari has specifically requested it and there is a lawful reason to do so.
