Provider and purpose

The website explains the concept and provides a waitlist, business contact routes and vacancy information. Visiting does not create a payment obligation or conclude a retailer, purchase, employment or services agreement.

Early access and cooperation

Waitlist registration is free and does not guarantee a test place, launch date, unlimited app use or future-feature availability. An invitation describes the actual test environment and applicable usage information. Marketing choices are separate from the request.

Browsing the public website has no general 16+ restriction. Minors may participate where legally permitted, with permission from a parent or legal representative where required. For consent-based optional processing concerning children under 16, the parental route in the Privacy Notice applies. Purchases are also subject to the seller's and payment provider's requirements: having a payment method does not itself establish permission for a purchase, subscription or data processing. Parental permission may be presumed by law for customary purchases appropriate to the child's age; other commitments may require separate permission.

A retailer enquiry is non-binding and does not reserve a free place. Before acceptance, retailers receive a separate connection agreement and completed confirmation. These record the first-100 promise, included base service and any separately priced extras. During the catalogue/referral pilot, shoppers purchase from the retailer; this public website does not itself conclude a consumer purchase.

Applying does not create a right to a job or engagement. A specific offer and agreement are concluded separately. Application data is used only as described in the Recruitment Privacy Notice.

Demonstrations and information

Demonstrations may be illustrative or AI-edited; where applicable, this is identified alongside the visual. An outfit image is not a measurement or a guarantee of exact fit. Future-feature descriptions are clearly identified as plans. Prices and availability should be checked with the relevant retailer.

We maintain the website with care. Report errors or broken links at info@zavari.com. Maintenance or security may require temporary changes or interruptions. This information does not exclude statutory liability or mandatory consumer rights.

Rights and appropriate use

Website design, branding and original text/images remain owned by Zavari or the relevant rightsholder. Uses permitted by law, such as quotation subject to its legal conditions, remain permitted. Do not use images, names or demos to portray someone as an ambassador without authorisation. Do not use forms for deception, unauthorised access or disclosure of data you are not entitled to provide.

Linked services have their own information and terms. A link does not automatically change our role concerning your data. Personal information and browser storage are governed by our Website Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and, where applicable, Recruitment Privacy Notice. This usage information is not consent to processing and does not replace separate app or portal information.
