Cookies and browser storage

Derick Bank, operating under the name Zavari, uses essential storage on the public website and optional analytics only with your separate consent. These rules also cover local storage and similar technologies. 'First party' does not automatically remove a consent requirement.

This supports a function you request or respects your privacy choice. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or bypassing refusal. The language cookie does not collect a style profile.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off by default. With consent we measure limited page and registration events to improve the website. We exclude form content and do not link events to your waitlist profile. Personal events are retained for at most 30 days. Hosting, database and email providers support the site; the Privacy Notice describes these recipients and any international transfers. This choice does not enable advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking.
You can Reject analytics or Allow analytics without extra steps. Silence is not consent. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through Analytics settings, without affecting website or waitlist access. Withdrawal stops new optional processing. Stored personal data whose only basis was that consent is deleted or genuinely irreversibly anonymised, except necessary minimal choice evidence.
Essential delivery and security logs serve a separate purpose and are not disabled by this choice. They are not repurposed for marketing or optional behavioural analytics. The Privacy Notice explains purposes, retention and rights.
If you are under 16, optional analytics requires valid consent from your parent or other legal representative. Analytics stays off until that consent is checked. You may browse the public website without analytics. For help: privacy@zavari.com.
Links, video and other services
Ordinary WhatsApp/social links do not pre-load tracking embeds. The provider processes data when you use its service. The swipe video is served as our own video, without automatically loading a YouTube/social player. If we later add an external player or optional service requiring consent, it is loaded only after a separate informed choice.

With your permission, Zavari would like to use limited information about page views and registration steps to improve the website. Analytics stays off until you consent. Your choice does not affect registration. Vercel and Supabase support this processing; see the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice for details. You can withdraw consent at any time through Analytics settings.

Age rule before activation: Under 16? Ask your parent or legal representative to arrange consent through privacy@zavari.com. Analytics stays off until then. Your own checkbox does not establish parental consent.
